A communication and co-creation of beings. When you can look someone in the eyes and see beyond your own reflection. Then you are IN a relationship. This has no conditions, only intent, even aurguments are part of the co-creation and evolution and are accepted. Love is the unifier allowing each person to become unique multidimensional individuals while at the same time creating a greater sense of Oneness.

Well..I graduated from high school and opened my eyes for the first time and lo and behold I found there was much more to reality than I had thought, so I unpacked my box, took myself out, and left the empty box behind for the other people in the world who boxes to put thmeselves in :)

Just Do It!
As I sit here writing this, I am looking at the aspects of my 'decision point' or the factors that went into making the decision or choice to sit here and write this, and the difference between a choice and a decision. As Bryan Flournoy expressed rather eloquently, decisions block our ability to make choices. Decisions are often based on patterns of deciding such as what feels right, looks right, sounds right, etc..its what compels us to act in this way or that. We often 'know' we should do something or want to do something, such as making a positive change in our lives, but this inner knowing and feeling can get overshadowed by other emotional polarities or distractions which keep us from following through and making a firm decision from our initial choice to make a change. I have found in my own life that I have created a polarity that sometimes keeps me from being able to integrate certain aspects of information, because I 'intellectualize' it. What I mean by that is in hearing something or realizing something that can help facilitate a positive change in my life or idea with much potential, I will understand it and agree with it intellectually, but then after the initial feeling wares off I go back to my general patterns of experience which keeps this new or remembered understanding from being fully integrated into my consciousness.
So this information and insight gets put on a list of things I want to do or impliment, but without the emotional integration that comes from experience it generally stays there. So the old Nike motto 'Just Do It', which is perhaps one of the best things Nike ever created :) really is a method for integrating intuition and will in a balanced way.
What do you do? Well whatever you can that feels right, whether cleaning, writing, organizing, working on a project, etc. The point is to begin focusing something that you want to do or that you need to do, but from the perspective that 'this is my meditation' for today. Knowing that the experience itself will help you to integrate many aspects of things you might only know intellectually, and help you realize many new aspects you might not have thought of. All experiences are connected, so by working on something, whether it is creating, or general labor, by accepting this focus whatever it is, you will begin to open the space for a deeper awareness of the experience, which can then allow you to easily move on to something else that you might not have wanted to do or that you couldn't get yourself to start doing.
